You can access Client Axcess from Tax Time's website, under Client Resources. The direct link is: https://www.clientaxcess.com/#/login
At the login screen, click on Forgot Password? Then enter your email address and the Secure Code on the screen. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. See below for the screenshots.
